Healthy Food

"Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy"

ABOUT
My name is Farrah Phathong. I study at council rock high school south and am interested in making a food blog. A food blog is a collection of everything from recipes that the author would like to try or experiment with. Restaurant reviews or even a note about a person's life choices can be included. Food blogs may share the history and culture of food from around the world. For me, I want my body to be healthy for the rest of my life. But I don't know which food is good or bad for me. So I want to create my own blog about healthy food for people.
